Rumi VPN ("we") provides a VPN service for Android. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we do not collect We do not log the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, your DNS queries, or the IP addresses you connect to through the VPN.

What we collect to run the service A random device identifier and a short Rumi ID, so your free or Premium access works and survives reinstalling the app. Your phone model, Android version, app version and language, to fix bugs and support your device. The IP address you used to reach our servers, kept only with your device record to prevent abuse. Which server you are connected to and when you last connected, so we can remove inactive connections. Purchase details from Google Play (product, status and expiry), to give you Premium. We never see your card details. A notification token, if you allow notifications, to send you service messages and offers.

Ads The free version may show ads from Google AdMob or AppLovin. These companies may use your advertising ID under their own privacy policies. Premium users do not see ads.

Security Each device gets its own encryption key, created on your phone. We never receive your private key. Access to our servers requires a signed request.

Your choices You can stop notifications in Android settings, reset your advertising ID in Google settings, and ask us to delete your data at support@www.rumivpn.app.

Children The service is not directed at children under 13.
